Every day the RSVO interviewers collect information from specifically selected respondent groups employing inspiring and highly effective techniques.
Data reliability and quality are the central issues here. You know like no other that reliable market and opinion research is based on quality fieldwork. This is crucial to producing an analysis that will lead to accurate decision-making and sound investments. For this very reason RSVO has specialised, from its inception, in this essential segment of market and opinion research.
To continually assure fieldwork quality RSVO operates, as from 9 September 1998, according the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance standards. This makes the agency the first specific and independent fieldwork organisation in the Netherlands to achieve ISO-certification. Since February 2007, RSVO has the ISO20252 certificate, the first international market research quality label.
RSVO is a member of the Research Keurmerkgroep, the MarktOnderzoekAssociatie (MOA) and ESOMAR.
RSVO consists of a small daily staff that leads a corps of 250 interviewers spread over the country. Due to the small, flat organisational structure the lines of communication are short, the commitment is strong and the character alert.
RSVO is situated in the centre of Zaandam, only 10 minutes from Amsterdam.
